It's that time of year again! The USAT Winter Challenge has begun! As always, the monthly focus is: December-Swimming, January-Cycling, February-Running. Stay tuned for more details soon!

• Monthly Membership: $85 (regularly $125)....will include Yoga classes (coming soon!).

The On-Ramp sessions are where you go in, and they teach you the standard/common movements/exercises that are used during a regular workout. They watch your form and make sure you are doing it correctly, to ensure you won't injure yourself and that you'll get the most of from your workout. Then there is a short but intense workout after they show you the movements, using the movements.
